Manufacturing

Six steps, under 42°C.

Moringa leaves shade-drying
01

Hand harvest at dawn

Only the top three leaflets, plucked between 5:00 and 7:00 AM when the sun is soft and the leaves are at peak turgor.

02

Wash & sort

Triple-rinsed in filtered water within one hour of harvest, then sorted by hand to remove stems and damaged leaves.

03

Shade-drying

Spread on woven bamboo trays under solar-heated airflow at under 42°C for 18–24 hours. This is the step most processors skip.

04

Cold-milling

Milled in a low-RPM stone mill to prevent friction heat. The powder never crosses 38°C from leaf to pouch.

05

Batch testing

Every batch is sent to an independent NABL-accredited lab for heavy metals, aflatoxins, microbial and pesticide screening.

06

Sealed & shipped

Nitrogen-flushed, resealable pouches for maximum shelf life. Shipped from our Maharashtra warehouse across India.
