Shipping & Returns

Shipping across India

We ship to every serviceable pincode in India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees). Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship the same business day.

Delivery time

Metro cities: 2–3 business days. Rest of India: 4–6 business days. Remote areas may take up to 8 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as we ship.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹999. Under ₹999: ₹79 flat. Cash on Delivery: ₹49 handling fee, regardless of order value.

Cash on Delivery

Available on all orders across India. Please keep the exact amount ready. COD orders are shipped after a quick verification call.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products can be returned within 7 days if you're not satisfied — we'll replace or refund without argument.

How to return

Email morivedaorganics26@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a free pickup. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item reaching us.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo within 48 hours. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
